ROBERTSDALE, Ala. — According to a telephone report received by the Baldwin County Health Department, manholes overflowed in Robertsdale due to the heavy rainfall Monday morning. The overflows resulted in an unknown amount of sewage being discharged into Rock Creek.
The Health Department urges residents to exercise caution if using Rock Creek for recreational purposes. Also, thoroughly cook any fish or seafood caught near by and wash hands after handling fish or seafood.
