Harry Gwin Hall, 62, a native and resident of Rabun, died Monday, April 25, 2011 at Thomas Hospital.

He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Master Sergeant during the Vietnam War. He also retired as a supervisor from NAS in Jacksonville, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Lynn Hall; and a brother, Charles N. Hall.

Survivors include a daughter, Heather Hall (Brian) Doyle of Jacksonville, Fla.; four stepdaughters, Dawn Annette Smith-LeMone, Sharon Louise Linares, Mary Ester Burd and Margie Smith; brothers and sister, Wendell E. Hall, Jeanette Hall Hadley and Eddie Hall, all of Rabun; three grandchildren, Madeline Doyle, Colin Doyle and Cara Doyle; and five step-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 30 at Norris Funeral Home. Graveside services and burial will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7 at Mt. Paran Cemetery in Montebello, Va.

The family requests memorial donations be made to Guy’s Chapel Methodist Church Building Fund, 55080 Rabun Road, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
