Leona D. Harrison, 88, a lifelong resident of Spanish Fort, died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008 in Spanish Fort.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Spanish Fort and the Order of the Eastern Star for many years.
Survivors include a son, William H. (JoAnn) Harrison Sr. of Enterprise; two grandchildren, William H. (Carol) Harrison Jr. of Spanish Fort, Amanda (Thomas) Wood of Spanish Fort; nine grandchildren, James, Tiffany, Jesse, Max, Tanya, Taryn, Taylor, Teagan, Tanner; three great-grandchildren, Damon, Jesse James, Zach; loving caretaker, Helen Brammann; a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne. An Order of the Eastern Star service will begin at 5:30 p.m. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22 from the First Baptist Church of Spanish Fort. Interment will follow at Wilson Cemetery.
