Harold Chalmers Robinson, age 86, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018.

He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Korean Conflict.

He was a member and a deacon emeritus of Fairhope Christian Church. Mr. Robinson was co-chairman of Property Committee, a former coach of Pawpaw's Cowgirls softball team, a member of the American Legion for 49 years, a member of Red Elephant of Baldwin County. He retired from Scott Paper Co.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie H. and Helen Robinson; and a grandson, Ty Morgan.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Margie Robinson of Fairhope; daughters, Debbie Parish of Belforest, Shari (Jim) Morgan of Foley and Renae Robinson of Fairhope; grandchildren, Marja, Christina, Caron, Rob, Troy and Tonya; great-grandchildren, Addison, Hunter, Caitlin, Colbie, Starr, Zeke and Lilly; sisters, Marie Siddon of Spanish Fort, Lillian Lowell of Barnwell and Virginia Hermetz of Gulfport, Mississippi; brother, Charles (Marlene) Robinson; special family friend, Barb Ragland of Fairhope; nieces, nephews, many other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 9, 2018, from 5 until 7 p.m. at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Fairhope Christian Church.

Interment will follow in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fairhope Christian Church Memorial Fund.
