SPANISH FORT, Ala. — Thursday night (Aug. 27) at the stroke of midnight, continuing into Friday morning, ghouls, ghosts, goblins and Michael Myers look-alikes will come alive for the midnight screening of “Halloween II” at the Eastern Shore Premiere Cinema in Spanish Fort.

The costume contest starts at 11:30 p.m., followed by the Phantom Jam Pre-Halloween Party. The feature begins as 12:01 a.m.

Prizes include movie posters, Halloween II keychains, Party City gift certificates and more, according to Premiere Cinema Director, Will Sanders.

“Everyone in attendance will get a prize. But the best costume gets a bigger prize,” announced Sanders at the press event. “The best Michael Myers costume gets an autographed Rob Zombie Halloween Soundtrack.”
