Gulf Shores Utilities’ Rhonda Butler was recently awarded Office Worker of the Year at the annual Alabama Rural Water Association State Conference in Montgomery. Nominated by her co-workers, she is finance manager and manager of the Customer Service Division. She was recognized “for outstanding performance in office management and procedures.” Mrs. Butler, who is a Bladwin County native, joined GSU staff in July 2007.
