Gulf Shores police find meth lab in state park

Gulf Shores, AL. — On Sept. 18 around 5:30 p.m., Gulf Shores Police Department patrol officers and Detectives from the Gulf Shores Police Department Narcotics Unit located a meth lab while conducting a drug investigation at Gulf State Park campground.

Detectives secured the scene and summoned the Clandestine Lab Response Team from the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force. 3 adults and 1 juvenile were arrested.

Shawn Eugene McMullen, Age 37, a resident of Robertsdale was arrested and charged with Unlawful manufacture of controlled substance in the first degree and Trafficking in methamphetamine.

Stephanie Lynn Harbison, Age 24, a resident of Knoxville, Tennessee was arrested and charged with Unlawful manufacture of controlled substance in the first degree and Trafficking in methamphetamine.

Joshua Eugene McMullen, Age 18, a resident of Gulf Shores was arrested and charged with Unlawful manufacture of controlled substance in the first degree and Trafficking in methamphetamine.

A 16 year old female juvenile was arrested and charged with Unlawful manufacture of controlled substance in the first degree and Trafficking in methamphetamine.
