The City of Gulf Shores Police Department could not be more proud of the excellence displayed by Patrolman Chris Bagby during an incident which took place back in August 2010; and in light of his heroic efforts,  the Optimist Club of Perdido Bay honored Officer Bagby with the recognition of Officer of the Year.

Our heartfelt  gratitude, appreciation, and congratulations go out to Officer Bagby and this most-deserving recognition.
