Gulf Shores Middle School: Focus on Nick O'Farrell

This week Gulf Shores Middle School  is focusing on eighth-grader, Nick O’Farrell.

He enjoys playing football, fishing, going to the beach, hunting and hanging out with friends.

Nick lives with his mom, Dana and his dad, Ken. He is an only child and he has lived here for seven years. He moved from Atlanta.

He said, “I’m glad we moved down here. It’s a lot different here than in Atlanta. I like it here better.”

When Nick grows up he wants to be a game-warden because he likes animals and he wants to live in Atmore because he has always liked going there.

Nick would like to attend Auburn University because he is a big War Eagle fan. His dream is to meet the Auburn football team.

His favorite quote is, “Don’t gain the world and lose your soul. Wisdom is better than silver and gold.” — Bob Marley.”

Nick said, “I like Gulf Shores because this is where my friends are.” Jon Lee, eighth-grader said, “Nick is an interesting person and a good friend.” Henry Boles, an eighth-grader said, “Nick is a good friend and fun to hang out with.”

Kaley McClung, another eighth-grader said, “He is funny and has nice hair.”
