Gregory “Greg” Scott Rosandich, 55, of Semmes passed away peacefully on July 29, 2013 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born June 13, 1958 in Sheboygan Falls, Wis.

Greg graduated with honors from Nicolet High School in Glendale, Wis., where he was an outstanding athlete in football, gymnastics, diving and pole-vaulting. He earned a scholarship to Troy University.

He was married to Reba Griffin of Mobile in 1994 and they have one son, Thomas Gregory. He was a loving and devoted husband and great father.

Greg is survived by his father, Dr. Thomas Peter Rosandich (Sally) and the late Doris Waldberger (Gerald); his wife, Reba; son, Toma; his three brothers, Dr. T.J. Rosandich, Capt. Steve Rosandich (Jayne) and Capt. Mark Rosandich; two sisters, Nicki Rosandich (Matthew) and Michele Rosandich; mother-in-law, Betty Arnold (Jeff); and numerous nephews and nieces.

At the time of his passing, he was employed as the director of student information systems at the United States Sports Academy in Daphne.

Visitation is scheduled from 5-6 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013, with a memorial service following at 6 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the UAB Liver Center or UAB Palliative and Comfort Care Unit in care of the UAB Gift Records Office, AB1230, 1720 Second Ave. S., Birmingham, AL 35294-0112.
