Quentin Levi Green, 13, died Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009.
Survivors include his father, Raymond Green of Bastrop, Texas; his mother and step-father, Robin and Ronnie Agerton of Silverhill; four sisters, Brook Lydting of Orange Park, Fla., Brandi Lewallen of Ocean Springs, Miss., Briana Lewallen of Cullman and Brenna Green of Silverhill; and his grandparents, Robert and Patricia Makar of Pensacola, Fla.
A private family memorial will be held at a later time.
Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
