Gloria G. Lathrop of Foley died Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010.
She was born May 5, 1929 to Charlesand Jessie Greenfield in Wyandotte, Mich. She was a longtime resident of Trenton, Mich., before retiring to Alabama.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hugh.
Survivors include a sister, Dorothy June Lefler of Denton, Texas; two sons, Leigh (Cathy) Lathrop of San Antonio, Texas, and Lynn (Doreen) Lathrop of Thornton, Colo.; and four grandchildren, Cole, Connor, Kayla and Taylor.
A memorial service will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Foley at a later date.
The family requests memorial donations be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice in Denver or Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
