Gary Lee Bream, 74, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014 in Mobile.
He loved Honduran mission trips, cooking, crafting and fishing. He served in the United States Navy for 23 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarance Bream and Violet Myers; a daughter, Tammy Vanderplaates; a sister, Doris Bream; and brothers, Bill Bream, Kenneth Bream and Donald Bream.
He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Young Bream; daughter, Christina Burmeister; son, Brian (Karen) Bream; sisters, Arlene (John) Spenner, Emily (Francis) Lewis and Paulette (Jerry) Bolton; brothers, Philip (Carol) Bream, Ron (Carol) Bream, Bob (Betty) Bream and Dale (Alicia) Bream; three stepchildren, Ginny Helton (Ray) Casey, Dr. Gavin (Sara) Helton and Dr. Scott (Jill) Helton; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014 at Christ Presbyterian Church, 8450 Whispering Pines Road in Daphne, with the Rev. Gene Poll officiating.
