Mr. Gargon L. Richardson, 55, of BayMinette, tranistioned into eternal rest on Monday, May 7, 2012 at North Baldwin Infirmary. He was a native of Monroe County and a resident of Bay Minette most of his life. He had worked as a forklift driver at Standard Furniture and was a member of the Bay Minette Church of God in Christ. He was a avid sportsman enjoying foo0tball and wrestling. He was a Dallas Cowboy fan and a well know chef to his family, friends, and community. Those left to mourn his passing is his mother, Sarah Steans of Bay Minette, his spouse, Iritha Presley-Richardson of Owasso, daughter, Lewanda (Darryl) Burns of Moss Point MS tow sons, Gary (Chaisty) Presley of Andalusia and Cornelius Presley of Afghanistan, three sisters, Barbara (Floyd) Jones and Lesa Jones of Bay Minette, and Judy (Jessie) Riggs of Mobile, three brothers, Willie and Phillip Richardson of Bay Minette and Sgt. Sean (Kim) Steans of Germany, seven grandchildren. Public viewing was held on Friday May 11, 2012 at the funeral home. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the Bay Minette COGIC with Elder James Starks, Jr, Pastor, officiating.
