Bay Minette, Ala. – Frosting on the Top Bake Shoppe, located at 720 McMeans Avenue in Bay Minette, celebrated their first year anniversary with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The celebration was complete with Bake Shoppe Staff, North Baldwin Chamber members and staff, support from their loyal customers and, of course, their very own Bake Shoppe birthday cake.

Frosting on the Top is a full service bakery with sweets made daily—cakes, cookies, pies and more! The Bake Shoppe also serves breakfast and lunch daily offering everything from biscuits to cinnamon rolls for breakfast, and salads to hot Monte Cristo sandwiches and their daily specials at lunch.

Frosting on the Top Bake Shoppe is open Monday through Wednesday & Friday from 7am-6pm, Thursdays 7am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-2pm. Stop by and visit Susan Welch and her wonderful staff today for a sweet treat that will not disappoint!

*In Memorial Note: The Bake Shoppe lost a beloved staff member shortly after celebrating their 1 year anniversary. Miss Jasmine Maria Joiner was a delight to be around, loved by her coworkers and Bake Shoppe patrons and will always be remembered, may she rest in peace (2/25/1995 – 10/1/2013).
