Franklin Primary Health Center, Inc. recently held their Grand Opening for their new North Baldwin Family Health Center in Bay Minette. The North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, along with City, County and State Representatives, were on hand for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to welcome Dr. Jim DeVaney and the Franklin Primary Health Center to northy-county.
