Franklin Duke Robinson, 77, a native of Birmingham and a resident of Orange Beach, died Monday, March 14, 2011 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen Frances Hill Robinson and Sidney Dudley Robinson; his grandparents, Elizabeth Allen Hill and Robert Newton Hill, Kate Walker Robinson and the Rev. Samuel Duke Robinson.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Tartt Robinson; two sons, Hill (Krysti) Robinson of Montrose and McNeill (Robin) Robinson of Mobile; daughter, Louise (Mark) Skelton of Gadsden; two sisters, Annette (Billy) Weber of Birmingham and Sydney (David) McClain of Columbia, Tenn.; brother, Wayne Robinson of Birmingham; aunt, Joan Hill of Birmingham; and nine grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 18 at St. Andrew by the Sea, Gulf Shores.

Cremation arrangements are by Pine Rest Funeral Home Inc., Foley.
