Francis Everett “Frank” Hall Jr., 80, died in Mobile on July 10, 2013.
Born in Greenville, Miss., Frank was the only child of Willard and Francis Everett Hall Sr.
Frank earned his bachelor of arts degree in English from the University of Mississippi, and then practiced architecture. He first practiced with his father, a civil engineer, in Greenville and then in Chattanooga, Tenn., Oxford, Miss. and finally in Mobile.
Frank was active in the American Institute of Architecture, Rotary Club, Ducks Unlimited and in years past, the Highland Club. He was an avid outdoorsman, hunting and fishing at every opportunity.
He is survived by his children, Mary Elizabeth “Lesa” Hall, Flora, Miss., Ann Hall McGee (Ralph), Leland, Miss., Virginia Hall “Gina” Walcott (Mac), Fairhope and Francis Everett “Rett” Hall III (Robbie), Lumberton, Miss.; by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013, at 11 a.m., at All Saints Episcopal Church in Mobile.
