May Ingrid Fowler, 94, a resident of Catherine Place in Daphne, died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009.
She was a member of St. Francis at the Point Episcopal Church. She was an accomplished musician her entire life, especially enjoying the piano.
“She was the only person I knew who could play gospel or opera,” said Father Morley of St. Francis.
Survivors include two sons, Greg Fowler of McKenzie Bridge, Ore., and Brad Fowler of Duvall, Wash.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She will be buried in San Marino, Calif., at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are by Hughes Cremation & Funeral Service, Daphne.
