Fourteen suspects arrested, three still at large in BCSO drug sweep

ROBERTSDALE, Alabama --- The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 14 suspects on Monday, while authorities are still searching for three suspects, the result of an investigation by the Baldwin County Grand Jury and the BCSO’s Drug Task Force.

The majority of the suspects were arrested Friday, April 25, according to the Baldwin County Department of Corrections website.

The arrests on April 25 include:

  • Jessica Lynn Stringer, 25, of Sherman Lane, Foley, charged with felony manufacture of a controlled substance, first degree; endangerment of a child and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. She was released on a $30,000.
  • George Daniel Packer, 40, of Airport Road, Foley, charged with felony distribution of a controlled substance. He is in jail awaiting on a $10,000 bond.
  • Cecil Andrew Wyatt, 19, of North Cedar Street, Foley, charged with three felony counts of distribution of a controlled substance. He remains in jail awaiting a $30,000 bond.
  • John D. Turner Jr., 42, of South Pecan Street, Foley, charged with felony distribution of a controlled substance and failing to appear on a traffic charge. He was released on a $250 bond.
  • Mitch Antonio Prim, 30. Of South Chestnut Street, Foley, charged with two counts, felony distribution of a controlled substance. He is in jail awaiting a $20,000 bond.
  • Samuel Brian Shea, 24, of West 23rd Avenue, Gulf Shores, charged with two counts, felony distribution of a controlled substance. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
  • Travis Wydell York, 33, of McGee Circle, Bay Minette, charged with five counts, felony distribution of a controlled substance, two counts, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, second degree; and one count, probation violation. Bond amounts listed with the arrest record total $97,500. York is in jail with no bond amount set.
  • Charles Edward Williams, 23, of River Road, Bay Minette, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, which is listed as having a $10,000 bond; and one count, detainer for hold. He is in jail with no set bond amount.
  • Matthew Chadwick Paul, 23, of Black Devine Road, Loxley, charged with felony distribution of a controlled substance. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
  • Jarrod Michael White, 24, of Felicity Lane, Foley, was arrested April 26 and charged with two counts, felony distribution of a controlled substance. He is in jail awaiting a $20,000 bond.
  • Timothy Nathaniel Howard, 40, of Highway 98, Fairhope, was arrested April 26, charged with felony manufacture of a controlled substance, which carries a $50,000 bond; and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, which carries a $1,000 bond. Howard was found in possession of items used to manufacture methamphetamine at his tattoo shop in Fairhope. He is in jail awaiting a $26,000 bond, according to a BCSO report.
  • Arthur Lee Rivers, 45, of Greenway Drive, Foley, was arrested April 27 and charged with felony distribution of a controlled substance. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
  • Richard Allen Graham, 53, of Bay Pines Road, Elberta, was arrested April 27 and charged with felony possession of marijuana, first degree, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Officials obtained a search warrant for Graham’s home and found 17 mature and immature marijuana plants. Graham was released on $1,000 bond.
  • Wilson Edward “Sonny” Stamps, 61, of Boatyard Road, Stockton, was booked into the Baldwin County Jail April 20 charged with seven counts, felony distribution of a controlled substance, each of which carry a bond of $10,000; and felony possession of a controlled substance, which carries a $500,000 bond. Stamps is in jail with no set bond. The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force, along with the assistance of the Baldwin County District Attorney's Office, Alabama Game and Fish,  and the Drug Enforcement Administration, served a search warrant Stamps’ residence on April 19  in the Tensaw Community of Stockton. The search warrant was the result of a lengthy investigation involving the sales of ICE, a form of crystal methamphetamine. During the search warrant investigators seized methamphetamine packaged for sale and U.S. currency. The investigation is still ongoing.

 

Officials are searching for three suspects:

  • Scott White, 43, of Summerdale for allegedly trafficking methamphetamine.
  • Bridgett Clarke, 49, of Loxley, distribution of a controlled substance.
  • Bob Tunstall, 19, of Fairhope, distribution of a controlled substance.
