Forrest Michael Floyd, 16, born in Mobile and a resident of Bay Minette, died Thursday, April 12, 2012 at his residence. He was a student at Baldwin County High School.
He is survived by father and stepmother, James E. and Angie Floyd, Bay Minette; his mother and stepfather, Jamie and Daniel White, Bay Minette; his sisters and brother, Sara LaShae Floyd, Kimberly Stuckey and Kevin Combs all of Bay Minette; his grandparents, William D. “Bo” Floyd, Stockton, Glenda (Tommy) Davis, Pine Grove, Linda (Bernard) Zimlich, Bay Minette, Jim (Kathy) Marks, Steele, Carolyn Bryars White, Bay Minette, and Lloyd (Becky) Harville, Bay Minette; two great-grandmothers, Gladys Zimlich, Fairhope, and Imogene Tolbert, Pine Grove; and his aunt and uncle, Temmie Lynn and Ty Gunter.
Funeral services will be Monday, April 16, at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with the Rev. Phil Bryars officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday, April 16 from 6 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.
