DAPHNE, Ala. — All are invited to the “For Christ the King’s Sake” Dinner Dance and Silent Auction Sunday, Jan. 20, beginning at 5 p.m., in the Christ the King gym.

Guests may enjoy a steak dinner and a dance band as well as bid on silent auction items from Eastern Shore merchants.

The dinner and silent auction are from 5 to 7 p.m. The band will play from 7 to 10 p.m.

Buy birthday and anniversary gifts early, or just treat yourself, and enjoy the shopping experience. The next day is a school holiday — the Martin Luther King federal holiday.

Tickets are $30 a couple and are available from the CKCS office.
