MOBILE ---  The Bay Area Food Bank’s agency relations department will present Agency Conference 2012, “Building Capacity – Expanding Outreach – Improving Service,” March 6, 6-9 p.m.  The food bank invites churches and nonprofit organizations that currently operate food pantries in Baldwin and Mobile counties to attend and learn about becoming a partner of Bay Area Food Bank.

The conference will be held at the Prodisee Pantry, located at 9315 Spanish Fort Blvd., Suite D in Spanish Fort. The annual agency conference includes the food bank’s existing and interested partner agencies that consist of churches, soup kitchens and nonprofit organizations located in Baldwin and Mobile counties. The conference brings these organizations together to network and improve their food pantry operations by discussing pantry maintenance, general nutrition and partner agency policies and procedures.
