Witches, ghosts, chickens, dinosaurs and numerous characters from books and movies made their way downtown Oct. 27 for the annual Foley Uptown Halloween Party. Children, parents and event pets dressed up to celebrate All Hallow's Eve, and get an early start on stashing their Halloween candy.
