BAY MINETTE, Ala. — The Baldwin County grand jury will examine charges against a Foley man who allegedly possessed crack cocaine in an area near Wesbrook Drive in Foley, according to District Court records.

Ray Charles Knight, 31, of Lymon Lane, was arrested March 2 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

He was released the next day after posting a $5,000 bail, according to Baldwin County Corrections Center records.
