Foley sophmore winger Trey Smith was credited with both of Foley's goals.

“Although we had some missed opportunities, we controlled the ball early in the first half and Smith made two great shots to give us a lead,” said Foley head coach Tatum Saltz.

Saltz also mentioned that he had to make a first half adjustment to counter some momentum that had started to shift toward the Toros.

Forward Kent Warwick scored Spanish Fort's only goal.

The second half got more physical, but neither team had many shots on goal.

Spanish Fort head coach Marko Sebastiani was pleased with his teams improvement.

“The is only our programs second year and players are starting to learn how the play with each other.”
