Kathleen A. Fischer, 74, of Gulf Shores died Thursday, April 26, 2007.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Gulf Shores and was past president of the St. Columbia Catholic Church Women’s Club in Dothan. She was an active volunteer in Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband of over 53 years, Robert F. Fischer of Gulf Shores; two sons, Michael Fischer of Juno, Alaska, and Mark Fischer of Denver; four daughters, Mary Beth Pearson of Marietta, Ga., Jayne Hettenbaugh of Randolph, N.Y., Paula Will of Aurora, Ohio, and Kathleen Reilley of Fairview Park, Ohio; sister, Mary Elizabeth Becconsail of Plantation, Fla.; three brothers, Jim Glenn of Buffalo, N.Y., Terry Glenn and Tom Glenn, both of Cincinnati; and 12 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 7 at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Gulf Shores.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Covenant Hospice, 1040 Stanton Road, Suite D, Daphne, AL 36526.
