The 26th Annual Grand Festival of Art by the Bay will take place Oct. 20 and 21, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and will offer over 90 booths of top-quality art in an outdoor setting second to none.

Sponsored by the Eastern Shore Art Association, the event is being coordinated by Mary Jane Owen and Gwynn Peterson.

Visitors can expect to view around 25 different mediums of original work, including painting, ceramics, graphics, sculpture, photography, stained and blown glass, jewelry and woodwork.

The Grand Festival of Art also offers an excellent chance to meet those who create artwork.

This is typically a beautiful weekend in Fairhope. Take the opportunity to stroll through the incredible artwork and stop by the nearby Faulkner State Community College campus, headquarters for the Alabama Coastal BirdFest.

Don’t miss your chance to own works of art by the exhibiting artists.

Purchase raffle tickets for $1 each, 6 tickets for $5 or 13 tickets for $10. Over 50 pieces of original art donated by the artists will be raffled.
