BAY MINETTE —In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, Faulkner State Community College is hosting a public awareness seminar on the Bay Minette Campus on October 14 at 9:45 a.m. The seminar is free to the public and is located in the L. D. Owen Performing Arts Center on the Bay Minette Campus.
The event is sponsored by Faulkner State’s Pi Psi Chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
Mr. Ed Perry and the Natural Science Division will be presenting. The seminar is meant to spread awareness that breast cancer takes the lives of both men and women. If caught early, it can treated and can save lives.
