Some of the arrests made by the police were juveniles whose names and identifying information must be kept confidential. However, in an effort to give the public a clearer view of the crime handled by the Fairhope Police Department, the arrests are now reported.
April 1
• Geoffrey Douglas Wells, 34, of Fairhope; possession of drug paraphernalia, alias possession of marijuana I, alias possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
April 3
• Steven Jerome Jerkins, 45, of Fairhope; public intoxication.
• John Breeden II, 34, of Foley; possession of marijuana II.
• Logan Russell Yeates, 19, of Fairhope; possession of marijuana II, possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Police investigated a report of criminal trespass at a residence on Scenic 98, in the 16000 block.

• Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the tens block of Burlington Drive.
• Police investigated a report of theft of property at a residence on Battle’s Wharf Drive, where a fishing rod and reel valued at $170 and a tackle box with equipment valued at $300 were reported stolen.
April 2
• Police investigated a report of theft of property involving the fraudulent use of a credit card.
• Police investigated a report of the fraudulent use of a credit card at Compass Bank.
• Police investigated an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Twin Beech and Greeno Road. Officers confiscated two plastic bags of marijuana, a pipe and rolling papers.
• Police investigated a report of a burglary at a residence where $850 was reported stolen.
April 3
• Police investigated an incident of possession of marijuana on Malone Drive.

• Police investigated an incident of identity theft .
• Police investigated a report of theft of property on Fairhope Avenue. A table saw valued at $250 was reported stolen.
• Police investigated a report of theft of property at Memory Gardens.
• Police investigated an incident of possession of marijuana in the vicinity of Greeno Road and Middle Street.
• Police investigated an incident of possession of marijuana at the Copper Key subdivision. Officers confiscated a glass bong, three plastic bags of marijuana and a butterfly knife.
• Police investigated a report of theft of property at East Bay Cabinet Solutions where a skill saw and a finish nailer with a total value of $990.
• Police investigated an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia on Greeno Road. Officers confiscated a silver crack pipe with burnt residue.
• Police investigated a report of theft of property at a residence on Carol Place. Items reported missing were: a diamond watch, $4,500; an opal ring, $1,500; a gold chain, $800; and a gold bangle bracelet, $300.
April 5
• Police investigated an incident of interference with child custody on Johnson Avenue.
• Police investigated an incident of possession of marijuana at River Park Grocery.
• Police responded to an incident of disorderly conduct involving a juvenile.
April 6
• Police investigated an incident of criminal mischief involving a juvenile at a residence in the 16000 block of Danne Road. Two vehicles received damage; the windows were busted out of a white Chevy, and a paint was poured on the hood of a beige Mazda RX-7.
• Police investigated an incident of criminal mischief and receiving stolen property. The incident involved a stolen golf cart valued at $6,500.
• Police investigated a report of theft of property at a residence in the 19000 block of Greeno Road.
April 7
• Police investigated an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Highway 181 and Quail Creek. Officers confiscated an undisclosed amount of marijuana and a glass pipe.
• Police responded to a report of a domestic assault, in which a juvenile possessing a Daisy Pellet Rifle attacked his mother. The victim was treated for injuries. Officers confiscated the rifle and a plastic bag of marijuana.
• Police investigated a report of harassment by a juvenile at the Fairhope Pier.
• Police responded to a report of domestic violence by a sibling at a residence in the 200 block of Fels Avenue.
April 8
• Police investigated an incident of possession of a controlled substance at the intersection of Greeno Road and Gayfer Avenue. Officers confiscated a substance that appeared to be crack cocaine.
• Police investigated a report of harassment by a juvenile. The perpetrator and victim were classmates.
