Fairhope senior McRae Taul balled his way to Seacrest Furniture Athlete of the Week honors thanks to double-digit efforts in three Pirate victories last week capped by a 29-point, 14-point double-double.

 The 6-foot-6 forward started with 17 points and 4 rebounds in a 91-83 win against Baker in overtime on Tuesday then added 18 points and 7 rebounds in a 67-42 win over Spanish Fort on Friday. Saturday’s double-double came in a 79-56 win over Brunswick, Georgia to help Fairhope improve to 12-1.
