FAIRHOPE, Alabama — The Fairhope High Pirates’ season tickets for home football games as well as Pirate Booster passes for all-sports or a single sport are now available. Booster Club forms will also be available online soon, said Booster spokesperson Tommy Faust. Faust is also the main contact for football corporate sponsorship.
The 2013 season pass for football is $60 which includes home games, parking, decal, and a hat or visor.
“We are trying to get more support for our team (and) we really want to get the information out to the public about the ticket sales,” said Pirate Booster Becky Tomaso. “It really is a bargain and will help the team out tremendously.”
The Booster Club will also have their traditional All-Sports memberships while Corporate and Patron passes will be available along with the individual sports season passes. Corporate sponsors will help support the live-feed broadcasts of all home games this season.
Boosters can also custom tailor their support in the form of multiple passes for certain sports as well as target donations to specific programs to get the most for their contribution, Faust said.
FHS athletic director and head football coach Adam Winegarden added that families can better meet their needs throughout the school year with personalized options.
"We feel like this is a great addition to the traditional one-size-fits-all type booster membership," he said. "With more options available to families we feel like we can reach out to the whole community and alumni as well as parents. The all-sport pass meets a lot of needs for some but some families really only go to one or two sports. This gives them different choices on their costs. It depends on the options and the sport. But it also increases our overall club membership and we just want to include as many as we can, too."
