Marshall T. Everett, 77, a native of Mobile and resident of Silverhill, died Friday, Dec. 19, 2008.
He was retired from ICG Railroad, was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the National Guard and was a member of the Cornerstone Church in Stapleton.
Survivors include his wife, Narvis Virginia Everett of Silverhill; three daughters, Terrie Patton of Mobile, Ginger Everett of Columbia, S.C., and Angie Signorella of Colorado Springs, Colo.; six sons, Timothy Everett of Houston, Joe Everett of Dayton, Ohio, Marshall Kenneth Everett of Kissimmee, Fla., Anthony Everett of Silverhill, Jason Blackwell of Mobile and Daniel Blackwell of Silverhill; three sisters, Florence Smith of Fairhope, Helen Easton of Detroit and Laura Smith of Saraland; brother, Tommy Everett of Mobile; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26 from the chapel of Mack Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Eugene Hartley officiating. Burial will follow at Silverhill Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Cornerstone Church, 35200 State Highway 59, Stapleton, AL 36578.
