Ernest M. Megginson, Jr. of Lillian, son of Late Mayor Ernest M. Megginson and Theodosia L. Megginson, passed Friday, June 29th.
He is survived by Jeanette Owen of Lillian, a son, Ernest M. Megginson III of Prairieville, LA; two daughters, Julie Renner of Clearwater Beach, FL and Denyse Megginson of St. Petersburg, FL and six grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 8, 2012 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the Foley Senior Center, 304 East Rose Avenue, Foley, AL 36535. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Covenant Hospice, 1040 Stanton Road, Suite D, Daphne, AL 36526. Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Hwy. 59, Robertsdale.
