Ellis E. Stumm, 77, a native of South Dakota and resident of Robertsdale, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010.
He was a member of Styx River Baptist Church, a volunteer for the Styx River Fire Department, a member of Robertsdale Masonic Lodge #821 and retired from NADEPO, Pensacola, Fla.
He was preceded in death by a son, Willie Larry Nelson.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Allen Stumm of Robertsdale; three sons, Ray (Jennifer) Kensler of Pensacola, Fla., Charles Smith of Robertsdale and Danny (Pat) Smith of Langley, S.C.; two daughters, Mary Kensler of Pensacola, Fla., and Jeanna (Richard) Putman of Seminole; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13 at Mack Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 14 from the chapel o f Mack Funeral Home with the Rev. Randy Sirmon officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Grove Baptist Cemetery, Robertsdale.
