ELBERTA, Ala. - Elberta residents will have another location to shop at in the near future.
Dollar General, a variety retail store, will open a new location on U.S. 98 in Elberta in around 60 days, Mayor Marvin Williams said.
"We've been told it will be open within 60 days, but that is awful quick," he said.
The store will be located next to the town Post Office, Williams said.
"Elberta welcomes it because it will bring in a few more tax dollars."
