Edward Carrol Steele, age 87, a native of Oak Grove, Fla., and a resident of Foley, passed away Monday, Feb.y 4, 2013.
Ed was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Pensacola. He is survived by his wife, Francile Steele of Foley; two sons, Dale (Sue) Steele; Donald (Deborah) Steele all of Fairhope; one daughter, Leona (Richard) Davis of Pensacola; seven brothers; one sister; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, from 5 until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
