Arthur Dwight Duck, 62, born in Baldwin County and a resident of the Crossroads community of Bay Minette, died Sunday, May 27, 2007 at North Baldwin Infirmary in Bay Minette.
He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served with the U.S. Air Force. He was a printer with the Mobile Press Register for 33 years.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Faye Cochran, Duck of Crossroads; brother, Harold (Carolyn) Duck of Crossroads; two sisters, Dean (Jerry) Hudson of Wetumpka and Nina (Ken) Hofman of Stapleton.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 29 at Durant Chapel Baptist Church with Dr. Henry Cox and the Rev. Ron Gilstrap officiating. Burial followed at Durant Chapel Baptist Cemetery. Military Honors were rendered by the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard.
Pallbearers were Marty O’Gwynn, Rusty O’Gwynn, Tim Cochran, Michael Pace, Jerry Hudson, Troy Cochran, Mike Wade and Benny Sullivan.
