Dossie Lee “Sue” Wainwright, age 86, a resident of Fairhope, Ala., passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Billup and Hattie Johnson of Clark County.
She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Johnson Williams and Ida Martin, both of Fairhope; sons, Ernest Johnson (Eloise) of Fairhope, Theodore Lett (Diane) of Fairhope, Jerry Wainwright of Marlow, Deion Wainwright of Newark, N.J. and James Wainwright of Fairhope; 31 grandchildren; 72 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; a host of other loving family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Christian Valley Church.
The family will receive friends beginning at 9 a.m. until time of service.
Interment will follow in Twin Beech Cemetery.
