Doris Wheatley Logan, a native of Mobile, died Monday, Sept. 20, 2010 in Foley.
She was a 1950 graduate of the Convent of Mercy. She was one of the original Azalea Trail Maids of the inaugural Azalea Trail Court and a member of the St. Margaret Queen of Scotland Catholic Church in Foley.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Cecile Finlayson; brother, J.P. Finlayson; and niece, Patricia Finlayson Robinson.
Survivors include her husband, Terry Logan of Foley; three sons, Mike Logan of Atlanta, Steve Logan of Walton, Ky., and Tim Logan of Dallas; nephew, Purman Finlayson; and eight grandchildren, Brandon Logan, Katie Logan Waldrop, Steven Logan, Will Logan, Kevin Logan, Elisabeth Logan, Matthew Logan and Alec Logan.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 8 at Little Flower Catholic Church, Mobile.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association, the Mobile SPCA or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
