Donald Robert Dearborn Sr., age 87, a native of Baldwin County and a resident of Silverhill died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012.
Dearborn was a Navy Veteran of WWII and a Purple Heart recipient. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Doris Bryan Dearborn; son-in-law, Randy Orem, brothers, George Dearborn and Gordon Dearborn, and a sister, Mabel Rockwell. Dearborn is survived by a son, Donnie (Pamela) Dearborn of Silverhill; daughter, Cindy Orem of Daphne, brother, Harold (Emily) Dearborn of Silverhill, sister, Peggy (Ed) Doubrava of Silverhill; four grandchildren, Justin Dearborn of Mobile, Ethan (Falycia) Dearborn of Elsanor, Lauris Orem and Tyler Orem both of Daphne. Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 7, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held in Silverhill Cemetery.
