Donald B. Green, 79, a native of Peppertown, Ind. and resident of Lillian, died Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013.
Mr. Green was an industrial electrician working in the auto industry. After retirement he became an active member of the Perdido Bay Optimist Club, Foley Elks Club and Spanish Cove Flotilla.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Inez and Josephus Green; and is survived by his wife, Phyllis Green of Lillian; daughters, Joan (Jan) McCreary and Lisa Green of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Morgan McCreary, Caitlin Green and Alex Terrell all of Indianapolis, and Emily Terrell of Muncie Ind.; and brothers, Everett Miller of Camp Douglas, Wis. and Richard Barton of Page, Ariz.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013 at Lillian United Methodist Church.
