On Friday at  10:30 a.m. the dedication of Philomene Holmes Boulevard will take place. For City of Foley’s new access road located on the West entrance into Graham Creek Preserve. From County Road 20/Beach Express intersection: Travel south on the Foley Beach Express to the turnaround which is approximately 0.5 miles south of Brinks Willis/Foley Beach Express intersection.

Take the turnaround and travel north on the Foley Beach Express approximately 0.2 miles to Roscoe Road.  Roscoe Road is on the right side [east side] of the Foley Beach Express.

Turn right (east) onto Roscoe Road. Roscoe Road is crushed limestone at the beginning. Go straight on Roscoe Road to the curve (approximately 0.2 miles). Philomene Boulevard is the roadway that intersects with Roscoe Road in the curve.
