Kalyse Hill, the three-time state champion wrestler from Daphne, was selected as the Seacrest Furniture Athlete of the Week by a singular vote.

Hill added one more win to her record after she finished her third high school season with her third gold medal with a 6-1 decision win over Gulf Shores’ Leah Guthrie in the 132-pound division finals on Friday. The junior also helped the Trojans back to the top of the mountain as team state champions for the third time in four years as Alanah Girard and Emily Smith joined her with individual state titles.
