DAPHNE, Ala. — The Utilities Board of the City of Daphne will hold an informational community meeting at the regular monthly Utilities Board meeting to discuss proposed water and sewer rate increases under consideration for the 2012 fiscal year.

 The general public is invited to attend and participate.

The meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at Council Chambers, Daphne City Hall.
