DAPHNE, Ala.— The Daphne Planning Commission unanimously voted to approve a replat request from the Renaissance Center. The property included in the Renaissance Center is at Highway 90 and Frederick Boulevard.
The replat involved moving a center property line so the property could be sold.
“He has hopefully got one of these lots sold so what they are doing is moving an interior lot line over to accommodate the purchaser. It is just a simple adjustment on an interior lot line,” Commissioner Larry Chason said.
Commissioners Cathy Barnette and James White were not present when the replat was discussed by the planning commission previously.
“It is a pretty straightforward application. I didn’t see anything to be concerned with,” Barnette said.
“There wasn’t much concern expressed at the meeting either,” Chason said.
The motion was approved to grant the exemption request for the transference of lines between Lot 8 and Lot 9.
