DAPHNE, Ala.—The Daphne Public Library will hold its teen board meeting on Jan. 11 beginning at 3:45 p.m. in the community room of the library.

Beth Dotson from the Huntington Learning Center will offer test-taking tips and study tips to those in attendance.

“She’s going to give us some good tips on how to do well in the ACT and SAT tests,” Young Adult Librarian Louise Youngblood said.

Dotson was scheduled to appear at last month’s meeting, but a private matter delayed her visit.

“She will also work with the teens on study skills,” Youngblood said. “It’s open to anybody. They can come at any time, and we have refreshments and a social time.”
