BAY MINETTE, Ala. — An enthusiastic audience filled with folks from as far as Gulf Shores descended on the L.D. Owen Performing Arts Center at Faulkner State Community College  in Bay Minette Thursday night to see the Grammy nominated bluegrass duo Dailey and Vincent.

With four additional musicians in tow, the Rounder Records recording artists provided an evening of entertainment that included ballads, high-energy pickin’, gospel tunes and comedic bits.

Thursday’s concert was the finale of the North Baldwin Concert Association’s 2010-2011 season, which also included a concert by Mithril and an evening of Broadway Ballads.

The performance was also a return trip for Dailey & Vincent, who also closed out last year’s concert season.
