Constance Christine Mestre, 68, died at her home in Daphne surrounded by her family on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Connie was born Oct. 17, 1946 in Salina, Kansas to Charles and Ardelle (Rogers) Mayence. She was the oldest of five children.
As a child, she traveled throughout the country with her military family. Upon graduation, she served in the United States Navy.
From her birth to her death, she nourished those around her with love and faith. Connie was a loving and thoughtful wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; her five children, Scott Teevan, Ricky Teevan, Steven Stout, Michael Stout and Timothy Stout; six grandchildren; and three siblings.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Cathy.
She will be remembered as a bright and shining light in the lives of those she touched.
