I appeal to the elected officials and the school boards of Fairhope and Baldwin County to consider the extremely serious problems that will develop if the Sonny Callaham Airport incorporates military training into its operation.

Also, I appeal to the parents of children who are attending and will attend in the future the J. Larry Newton Elementary School for there is a definite safety to concern that makes for a potential possibility of an aircraft accident in that area.

There are a number of other schools also that would be in the flight pattern of this program.

I wonder what is the motivation underlying this move to bring the military to this facility? This is a blunder of the first magnitude.
